Paris in “Midnight in Paris”

Woody Allen’s Midnight in Paris captures the magic of the City of Light. If you spend a few days in Paris, make sure you wander around at night. You really can miss the whole experience of Paris, if you don’t go out at night.

Paris – Day 3/Brussels

Sept. 22, 2010:

Got up early and got a watch and an alarm clock before seeing the Louvre in the morning and afternoon.

That night I headed back to Brussels, because tomorrow I was heading to the UK.

I had some money troubles in Paris, I got that straightened out. Did some laundry.

Paris – Day 2

Sept. 21, 2010:

Early in the morning I saw the Eiffel Tower and Arch de Triomphe on Champs-Elyees.

Tried to go to the Louvre, but it was bizarrely closed on a Tuesday.

After that, I decided to go see the July Column at Bastille.

I jokingly asked if  Moulin Rouge was made up, but the nice lady at the front desk told me it was an actual place. I was stunned in silence. I decided to go and see it for myself. Many people were taking pictures of the famous red windmill.

At the end of the day, I had dinner and walked around.
